“We needed the exterior locks changed in our recently rehabbed business that used seven different keys on nine doors (yes, crazy) to one single key. We also needed a repair on our back doors locks. We also needed to do this work before Thanksgiving! Artie’s were very friendly and courteous on the phone when we called. They were able to meet our scheduling needs. We got more than we expected! The tech (name withheld for privacy) was super friendly. He asked strategic questions so he could be effective at this job for us. He also made recommendations for the minor repair of our front gate and install of a new deadbolt lock that we frankly thought was a lost cause on our rusty iron gate. The tech even returned a few days later because on another one of our super old teeth-type locks in the basement that he attempted to repair, he decided he would like to do a better job on it, and replaced it at no additional charge. Artie’s Locksmith are a super pro business. We recommend them to work on any complex or involved lock assignment.”

“Excellent experience with Ben and this company! You will not regret hiring them. My family and I moved to the Village area recently and were looking for a locksmith to change the locks. When I came across Artie’s and sent a message for more information, Ben contacted me immediately. He was professional and knowledgeable about home security. What struck me most was that he didn’t just jump right into salesman mode, but suggested we do a walk through together so he could better assess what we really needed. We agreed on a plan together and he was very flexible about the options and hardware (and very friendly to me and my husband). He ended up replacing multiple dead bolts and re-keying several knobs, and gave me a great deal for everything. This work was more involved than expected because the doors weren’t properly installed and some required additional drilling and upgrades. He didn’t charge me extra for anything.
